What began with 30 members and £2 million in spending has burgeoned into a thriving consortium boasting over 200 members with £20 million in spending. This growth has resulted in impressive savings exceeding £15 million and a trajectory that continues to rise.
Lee's extensive experience spans more than 20 years in procurement within the life sciences sector, where he has provided crucial support to biotech and midsize pharma organizations. Notable contributions include managing multiple spending categories surpassing £20 million at UCB, leading to savings exceeding £10 million. Additionally, at OSI Prosidion, Lee spearheaded procurement efforts, implementing innovative systems and processes while establishing strategic supplier agreements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
With this experience behind him, ProcEurope was born.
